Where We Cut Every Record

We don't roast coffee.
We record it.

Every blend is treated like a track. Beans go in green and come out singing — roasted in small batches on a Kaleido, profiled curve by curve, cupped until the notes land. We chase a roast the way a producer chases a mix: balance the highs and the lows, then press it to "vinyl."

Nothing sits on a shelf for months. We roast to order and ship fresh, so the bag that lands on your doorstep — anywhere in the country — is days off the drum, not weeks.
